Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to construct a new four-story residence hall on the campus of Furman University. The new residence hall is part of a multi-phase project, focusing on the renovation and addition of Furman University’s South Housing complex. South Housing is a residential student housing complex on campus that serves first-year students. The new Lakeview Hall houses 210 student beds across four floors. It features shared, common amenities throughout including lounges, study rooms, laundry facilities, and a community kitchen. A portion of the first floor will house Furman’s Center for Inclusive Communities (CIC). This serves as an administrative suite within the building, with the ability to directly serve first-year students.
