This 100,000 SF renovation includes alterations to office space, locker rooms, existing arena facility, including the addition of a new front entry and lobby/ticket area, and creating a new fan experience inside the arena area by moving the main playing floor, and creating a large fan congregation area with site lines to the playing floor. There is a new addition to the building which will provide two practice floors and also create team space, office space, and meeting space.
