Franklin WTP Alum Transfer Pumps and Feeder Vent Purge System

HarperXS was responsible for installing a new 0.75” copper air line to feed new pneumatic alum transfer pumps and existing fire suppression riser. Additionally, our team tied in a new air line to existing plant air supply. The work included demolition of the existing alum transfer pumps and installation of new pneumatic pumps, new aluminum platform for pump base, and installation of new 1” aluminum conduit for power and controls to new pumps from existing PLC – ALUM. Our team installed a new transfer pump control panel and installed a new aluminum handrail at carbon silo stairs, as well a new feeder vent purge system at silos.
