Harper was selected to construct a 7,000 SF addition to the Dr. Wesley Grant Sr. Southside Center. The addition includes a brand-new gymnasium with a solar panel roof, an outdoor swimming pool, community rooms, an outdoor basketball court, and spacious open areas. Harper also performed renovation to the existing building at the connection point.
