Harper was selected to perform an 11,105 SF tenant improvement to an existing shell, which Harper completed in 2023. The tenant improvement consisted of new office and lab spaces for a biopharmaceutical company. The new lab spaces include the necessary equipment to support their operations of generating and testing membrane technologies for areas of the medical field.
