Serving as the CM At-Risk, Harper performed upgrades to the wastewater treatment facility on Clemson University’s campus. This facility services all of the University’s wastewater flow. To improve operations, the two existing treatment basins were divided into four, allowing for maintenance flexibility. The project was completed in phases, including the installation of a UV disinfection system and the upgrading of the SBR system. The team collaborated closely with the University to deliver the project two months ahead of schedule. The project prioritized environmental sustainability and client needs, resulting in a successful and trusted partnership with the University.
