Project Description

Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to renovate the 14,000 SF, historic Tillman Hall Auditorium. The intent is to remove the 1980s amphitheater seating and spaces underneath them and bring it back to its original design significance as a 750-seat classroom. Windows that had been blocked off for decades will be exposed, one of the past balconies will be reinstated, and the stage will be cut back to its former footprint. New restroom facilities will be incorporated into the old office space adjacent to the auditorium.
