Project Description

Harper constructed two 156,000 SF Class-A industrial buildings at Caliber Ridge Industrial Park for long-standing client, Liberty Property Limited Partnership (Liberty). These identical structures are Tilt-Up, Speculative Warehouse projects and used a Design Assist delivery format where Harper was specifically responsible for providing design input and coordination. At Liberty’s request, Harper worked with leading ACI representative, Art McKinney, to complete an extensive analysis of the design, materials, means and methods to be used for the concrete floor slab. The analysis results will be a template that Liberty will utilize to update their corporate standards for similar buildings structures across the eastern United States. Harper was pleased to be a part of this exercise, keeping our knowledge for slab and tilt-wall construction on the leading edge of the industry.
