Located in the heart of downtown Greenville, the new United Community Bank Headquarters is a testament to our team’s dedication, expertise, and innovation. This 200,000 SF facility features three parking levels and 117,000 SF of Class A office space. It also includes 4th and 7th-floor roof terraces with seating, fire pits, and stunning views of the downtown Greenville skyline and Falls Park. Our team’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the building, from the high-end features to globally sourced materials. The design prioritizes aesthetics and meets the rigorous WELL Building Standard™, making it one of the first buildings in the state to achieve this prestigious designation. The result is a state-of-the-art headquarters designed and constructed through our team’s innovation and shared commitment to excellence.

This past year, Harper worked on the extensive renovations to a 13,543 SF dormitory – Cudd Hall – at Converse University. The goal of the project was to create a safer, more accessible, and enjoyable student living environment. The dormitory is now home to students of the University’s Nisbet Honors Program, an exclusive program for academically gifted students. The renovations, which include a custom staircase, restored exterior balcony, student lounge, and study rooms, have provided students with a modern and comfortable space for collaboration and socialization. The project was completed successfully through close collaboration and meticulous planning, preserving the historical charm of the 100-year-old building and enhancing its functionality. The outcome is a beautifully restored space that caters to the needs of today’s students.

The successful delivery of these projects would not have been possible without the determined efforts, creativity, and collaboration of our teams. We would like to thank the Furman Co., United Community Bank, and Converse University for trusting us to help bring their visions to life.
