We support communities by building healthcare infrastructure from large hospital facilities to local medical office buildings. Harper has experience spanning hospital construction, medical office buildings and senior care facilities.
Harper’s commercial construction team works on traditional office, retail, and mixed-use projects, from new construction to adaptive reuse and renovation. Our experience includes working with facilities on the National Register for Historic Places, protecting surrounding historic landscapes, appropriately updating building systems, accommodating life safety needs, and providing accessibility for historic buildings.
Harper offers industrial expertise in constructing distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and built-to-suit projects. Our team is proficient with industrial-specific upfits and renovations. We offer expertise in Design-Build and Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) construction procurement.
