Program Overview
At Harper, we participate in cooperative learning programs with universities and colleges to provide our co-op students and interns with applicable job skills. When interning at Harper, you will have the ability to work on current projects and collaborate with our teammates.
Our internship program is designed to give participants a holistic overview of the general contracting industry. Interns will have a chance to hone their skills at each phase of a project. These roles can include assisting Project Managers, Estimators, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, or Office Staff.
When you finish your internship at Harper, you will leave will a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process and a skillset that can be applied to many areas in the construction industry.
